Summary:
The Customer Service Representative / Admin is responsible for order entry, tracking, collecting payment, and coordinating shipping for international distributors of our Bell Powersports helmets, clothing, and accessories.
This position requires working closely with sales management, planning team, and warehouse distribution centers teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and in a timely fashion.
Essential Functions:
Order entry in SAP.
Coordinates payment and shipping requirements as per each accounts specific template.
Liaising with all customers and EBS operations department on general matters.
This would include order changes, price enquiries, lead time checks.
Troubleshoots orders and shipping complications.
Follows-up on order status and outstanding order issues using SAP tools and communicates status to appropriate party.
Continually maintains a thorough knowledge of all Powersports products, catalog contents, sales personnel and any promotional items.
Maintains associated order records, files and documents.
Processes customer master data including new accounts and changes.
Assists in preparing for tradeshows and sales meetings, including preparing and shipping all marketing materials; setting and confirming tradeshow appointments.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
High school degree or equivalent required.
Minimum two-five (2-5) years customer service, general office environment experience required.
Proficient with MS Office applications, primarily Excel and Outlook.
SAP experience desirable.
Prior vendor/distributor relation experience desirable.
Basic knowledge of powersports and the associated equipment used with powersports is desirable.
