Description The Information Technology Director will oversee the information systems needed to support the functioning of a busy community clinic operating at 20
clinic sites.
You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of Vitara's electronic health record system; electronic medical and dental billing; our phone system and network of more than 200 workstations on Microsoft Office.
The Information Technology Director will oversee the development and implementation of computer networks; will oversee technology acquisition and implementation; manage IT and MIS projects, and supervise IT staff.
This is a hands-on position requiring a working knowledge and ability to implement and support hardware and software systems.
Minimum Qualifications and/or
Experience:
Bachelor's degree required.
Bilingual, Spanish/English preferred.
Three to five years Information Technology Management experience.
Knowledge of Electronic Health Records, Networking and Phone Systems Analysis.
Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
Bicultural/Bilingual in English/Spanish highly desired.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
