Job Requirements:
The job of 'Lead Cultivator' has many facets and is based on a self driven and motivated mentality.
Responsibilities will include task prioritization and employee scheduling as well as work area organization.
Implementation of standardized tracking and operating procedures pertaining to daily tasks and grow cycle timelines will also be essential components of the Lead Cultivator's workload.

Daily and weekly reports Employee management Employee reviews Scheduling of employees Prioritizing of tasks throughout the grow cycle Experience/Education:

Horticulture or related degrees - Required, otherwise must provide equal proficiency Must have at least 1 year commercial grow experience as a Head Grower.

Soil Hydro:
Coco/Rockwool Cloning Salt Nutrient Systems Organic Growing(not mandatory):
Nutrient Implementation Integrated Pest Management Techniques and Implementation Pest Identification Standardized Solutions Knowledge of pesticides that are allowed by the California regulating body.
