Job Description:
E-Commerce (shipping and preparing new orders placed online, as well as uploading new items for sale online.
) Learning about a jewelry store's inventory and how to differentiate stones, metals, and types of jewelry Receiving new inventory and instructions from owner and managers, either daily or weekly.
(Working in close proximity to the owner) Light cleaning of office space Possibility of being cross-trained (room for advancement, DOE) Supervisor Only- Managing outgoing inventory for all 6 locations Supervisor Only - Delegating and dispersing projects between 2-4 employees Supervisor Only - Checking work for other employees and making sure it gets done correctly and efficiently Qualities/Traits:
Must have strong time management capabilities Must have a strong work-ethic Must have good communication skills Must be able to rapidly adapt to changing circumstances Must be able to multi-task Must be a fast learner Must be organized (neat and tidy) Must be motivated Must work well under pressure and with multiple deadlines Must work well with alone (and with others) Must be flexible and available evenings, weekends, and holidays Must have reliable transportation Supervisor Only - Must be able to manage others respectfully
