With our current manager preparing for a temporary leave of absence at the end of summer, we are in search of an Assistant Sales Manager who can seamlessly step into this role during her absence.
We are seeking a vibrant and outgoing individual with a genuine passion for jewelry and a keen eye for detail.

Full-time position References required (3-5) Preferably 1.

years of previous supervisor experience Minimum of 2 years of previous retail sales experience Experience with high-volume sales is a plus Experience in luxury sales is a plus Preferred - Knowledge of gemstones Ability to manage a busy sales floor Proficiency in register handling keyholding Proficiency in inventory management and spreadsheet creation Capable of independently ordering inventory and store supplies Proficient in managing social media accounts Competent in handling day-to-day operations of the business Ability to rapidly adapt to changing circumstances Strong time management skills Fast learner with a diligent work ethic Proficient in multitasking Positive attitude and effective communication skills with upper management Physically able to lift 40lbs or more and stand for 8 hours Must be able to pass a background check
