You bring the customer service skills, and we will provide the training and development.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
Duties:
Greet customers in a warm and welcoming manner Setting and managing appointments for our clients Working with our team to create smart estimates for vehicle service needs(we will train) Selling vehicles services (we will train) Order and receive parts Building an advocate relationship with clients Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office area Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
