The people we're looking for will have:
A strong sense of customer service Ability to communicate well and clearly via phone or in person face-to-face A passion for technology and communication The ability to work independently and thrive within a team Strong interpersonal skills A positive, solution-oriented attitude Creative thinking for complex tasks Willingness to identify an issue and take the initiative to find a solution Prior experience in technology, customer service or sales & marketing is a plus, but not required.
