The Mynt Development (DEV) Project Coordinator supports the Project Development Management (PDM) team by overseeing administrative tasks, communicating with stakeholders and ensuring resource availability for the Project Management and Construction Operations team.
This is an on-site position located in Santa Cruz, California.
Hybrid work is available.

Assist the PDM in the creation, maintenance and tracking of project folders and documents such as project Smartsheets, RFQ's, RFP's, project budgets, project schedules, scope of work(s) and project plans Execute project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as tracking billing milestones, weekly/monthly billing research and resolvement, submitting & managing purchase orders and inventory reports, among other financial documents for the PDM and Finance Manager's review Work with the Procurement Coordinator on all Mynt Dev project's procurement process Assisting with all procurement needs including but not limited to; Research alternatives to existing procurement procedures including materials and/or vendors Obtaining a quote(s) from a variety of vendors With the PDM meet with project clients to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what's needed at the right time (Google Drive, Smartsheet and Spiro maintenance) With the PDM perform and/or assign tasks to team members and help them understand what's expected in terms of project milestones and deliverables With the PDM be the liaison between the Project Management and Construction Operations team and project clients throughout the project life cycle Help the PDM monitor project progress and team member's resource allocation and provide updates to project stakeholders With the PDM schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables Participate in weekly or monthly meetings with major suppliers to provide accurate forecasting information Time tracking:
tracking own time, Assist in tracking permits and permit related tasks Coordination of job start including scheduling hand-off meetings and collating documents (contracts, submittals) Review contracts and update company's project management software to include all contractual obligations Contract drafting, review & routing Tracking project schedules and update as needed in project management softwares Draft requests for proposals and perform pre-qualifications of vendors and subcontractors Draft client and subcontract change orders Draft and track submittals, RFI's, and RFQ's Handle confidential data professionally.

Education:
High School or GED.
Some College preferred.
Experience:
5 years of experience in a support role.
Energy industry experience required.
Experience with PDF editor, Google Docs and Sheets (or Word and Excel), and a general computing background.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
