Come join us and become a part of our winning formula! The Mogul Machine Operator I supports large-scale food manufacturing processes involving sophisticated systems and machinery.
The Mogul Machine Operator I is an entry level role involved in at least one of the three main areas of product production:
batch making, cooking colors/flavors addition processing, starch depositing and curing.
The Mogul Machine Operator I troubleshoots issues and identifies problems as they arise and follows all process related documentation and specifications.
Estimated starting hourly base rate is $21.
70 per hour less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis.
In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary, variable annual incentive, based on company performance factors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate depositors and kitchen/cooking equipment to customer and Company specifications.
Maintain a thorough understanding of all production documentation and related requirements.
Meet production goals as assigned.
Ensure that all work meets Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety, sanitation and other Company guidelines.
Interact with computer software to read production schedules, enter downtime, scrap, document units produced, etc.
Ensure adherence to housekeeping in line with GMP/NSF standards (includes routine, deep and caustic cleaning).
Pre-weigh materials as needed, including preparing documentation and labels, coordinating delivery of materials, verifying status in system (AMAPS) and updating pallet placard quantities (using QR codes).
Maintain a safe work environment.
Ensure use of raw materials based on specifications.
Support training of colleagues as needed.
Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a light industrial/manufacturing environment.
Intermediate reading comprehension, decision-making, teamwork, time-management, analytical and mechanical skills.
Knowledge of mathematics performing calculations and conversions.
Basic computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications Experience operating machines in a manufacturing/bottling environment.
Prior GMP and/or CPG industry experience.
Basic material handling knowledge.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Bilingual in English/Spanish.
Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
