The Clinical OB Nurse manager will oversee the daily operations of this clinic for this community hospital.
They are responsible for the 4 clinic rooms and the nursing staff.
The Nurse Manager will also be responsible for the department's quality performance and risk management programs.
The Manager will develop clear performance expectations and resolve performance problems.
In addition to these aspects, they will also help develop and maintain the departmental budget, as well as regulatory compliance.
