Minimum 2 years Supervisory Experience Minimum 5 years circulating nurse experience in an ASC Valid California nursing license and certification Extensive knowledge of ASC operating procedures Strong knowledge of patient assessment techniques and surgical cases Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities:
Works closely with the Director of Nursing, Director of Operations, and Material Manager Direct activities with regards to AAAHC Standards and accreditations Oversee and manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals in a busy ASC Develop and implement nursing care plans and protocols Conduct patient assessments and provide appropriate care and treatment Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care Manage budgets and resources effectively Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
