Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager in daily operations and management of the property - Handle tenant inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Conduct property tours and assist with leasing activities - Prepare lease agreements and other necessary documents - Perform data entry and maintain accurate tenant records in property management software - Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution - Assist with rent collection and financial reporting - Maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing any concerns or conflicts that may arise Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management or related field preferred - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Proficient in office software applications (Microsoft Office and Excel) - Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills - Ability to handle conflict situations with professionalism and tact - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type:
