Cardiology Associates of Santra Cruz Cardiology Associates of Santra Cruz Santa Cruz, CA Santa Cruz, CA Full-time Full-time $30 - $35 an hour $30 - $35 an hour Duties - Oversee and manage all aspects of office operations - Supervise and provide guidance to office staff - Develop and implement office policies and procedures - Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls - Ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of office data and files - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication Skills - Proven experience in medical office management - Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment - Experience in supervising staff members and delegating tasks effectively - Budgeting skills to manage office expenses within allocated resources - Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service principles - Previous experience in medical office management is a must Note:
