As an Account Executive, you will be in a multi-faceted field selling position responsible to drive sales for a portfolio of current customers, as well as drive new customer acquisition to meet sales targets.
You will collaborate with your manager to develop/implement strategies and business plans that deliver sales and volume targets.
You will develop expertise in areas such as product knowledge, persuasive selling and technical support.
Essential Functions:
Drive sales for a portfolio of existing Anatometal customers.
Identify and onboard new customers.
Present Anatometal and our portfolio to customers in a compelling way to drive sales.
Address customers' questions and objections effectively or connect them to another team member that can provide support.
Follow up, as needed, with customers and the rest of the Anatometal team to ensure customers' orders are being processed.
Foster customer relationships with the portfolio or customers managed.
Submit weekly recap reports for assigned customers.
Collect and share sales learnings with the broader sales and customer service team.
SKILLS:
Great communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to self-motivate.
Knowledge about the body jewelry industry is preferred.
Attention to detail.
Basic computer skills (Including excel) Time management skills and the proven ability to meet deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of a high school diploma, or equivalent education.
College degree preferred.
3-5 years of sales experience with a track record of over-achieving sales quota.
Excellent verbal/non-verbal communication, including strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Able to multi-task and be flexible to business need changes while maintaining a high level of organization.
Skilled with the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
Must live within commuting distance.
