We are proud to be an integral part of a system that provides housing and behavioral health services for over 300 consumers.
This position will be located at 7th Avenue Center, a 99-bed secured Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC) in Santa Cruz, CA.
The services provided are for adults, aged 18 years and older, who come to us from throughout the State of California.
This is an On-Call position.
Essential Duties:
Cleaning; routinely cleans surfaces, performs essential janitorial and laundry duties as needed.
Use equipment and materials in a safe and acceptable manner, follow established safety procedures, use appropriate safeguards and observe common sense rules of safety in all on-the-job activities.
Identify housekeeping equipment and supplies that need to be ordered.
Follow established safety procedures.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age.
Must be able to pass a criminal record clearance.
High School diploma or GED preferred; one year experience providing consumer care to dependent populations may be required; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
