Your Role:

Responsibilities:
Order Processing:
Skillfully process and invoice orders received via phone, email, and our website, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every transaction.
Exceptional Service:
Provide top-notch customer service by answering incoming calls with warmth and professionalism, making every interaction a delight for our clients.
Distributor Support:
Enter purchase orders from Kan's distributors promptly and precisely, demonstrating your dedication to excellence.
Transaction Mastery:
Display your expertise in applying the right codes, discounts, and shipping information for seamless and hassle-free transactions.
Credit Card Handling:
Manage customer credit card transactions securely and efficiently while overseeing credit card batches.
Complaint Resolution:
Handle customer complaints and returns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring accurate documentation for optimal customer satisfaction.
Meticulous Record-Keeping:
Take charge of end-of-day tasks, such as providing tracking numbers and maintaining meticulous order records.
Marketing Support:
