As lead generator you will make outbound calls to generate sales and market Anatometal's quality body jewelry as an industry leader.
Essential Functions:
Deliver scripted talks that describe the company's products to persuade potential customers to start purchasing Anatometal Obtain customer information such as name and address for shipping products or delivering services Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries and comments Follow-up on previous customers for potential sales Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns Follows communication procedures, guidelines, and policies SKILLS:
Excellent communication skills, including active listening Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure Proficient computer skills in the MS Office suite including excel with the ability to learn new software QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Job Type:
