Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents - Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the Outlook Calendar - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently must be proficient with quickbooks -Run Errands, ability to clean house Skills:
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation and collaboration - Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal This position requires a reliable individual who can effectively manage administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
Please note that this is an in-person position located at our office.
