Summary:
(experience preferred) - Baker/Pastry Shappers will be creating delicious pastries for our storefront.
Requirements:
- All employees need to be able to lift 35 lbs and should expect to be on their feet for 6-8 hours a day.
All employees need to be able to bend down and reach up.
- All retail employees must be able to read and write in English, know basic math and have legible handwriting.
- Some flexibility is required with regard to scheduling, employees will be given regular schedules after their introductory period but those schedules are not permanent, they are subject to change with the employee's notification.
- Holidays are the busiest time at The Buttery and as such all employees are expected to work.
Employees may be required to work more than their normal schedules during the holidays.
Management will try and be accommodating but every employee is expected to work during these times.
- All staff must be courteous & polite to customers at all times.
- Employees need to follow the dress code and be neat in appearance.
- Employees need to be able to work well with others.
- All employees are expected to follow Buttery policies and procedures.
