additional compensation for personal sales production General Duties This is a high-volume office that generates lots of applications, forms and must document in a secure way all transactions.
We need a new team member to support us by Answer phone, determine client needs, set appointments.
Ability to calm anxious, confused callers often required.
Entering data, scanning, attaching, and securing documents in our online client management system.
Previous knowledge of Microsoft Word and basic Excel a must.
Filing and other document management duties Verify applications and documents for completeness, Flexible to work occasional marketing events outside the office a plus Once licensed, we provide training for the various product areas (individual, employer, and Medicare) and how to write and service these lines of business.
When you are bringing clients from your personal marketing and connections, additional commissions are earned.
Required Skills Organized and detail oriented (We want you to catch missing dates on forms etc.
) Dependable, strong work ethic, and have good common sense (if you would be voted off the island early in survivor, this may not be for you) Self-motivated (if you see something that needs to be done, take care of it) Take pride and responsibility for your work and service clients like you would your best friend! This is an in office position located in Santa Cruz CA Skills that earn you major points towards earning your place as our team member Current Life and Health Licensed in CA a plus Prior work experience in insurance, or other detail-oriented finance related employment.
Motivated to increase your earning via insurance sales commission to supplement base salary (no glass ceiling here) Bilingual/Spanish a plus Business casual attire and professional demeanor a must.
